I don’t know about you but it’s been a mixed bag for me this month of June.  Rushing to get gardens in, worrying about flood levels, unexpected life things that happen…oh and school craziness as the year comes to a close.  But here we are about to enter the summer, a thought that was so far away a mere two months ago.  Don’t let the summer stop your creative flow.  Yes we love being outside during these warm days and nights, but don’t let the weather stagnant your crafting ways.  Keeping yourself immersed in your hobby of choice will make for less of a lull later when you want to dive into it over the winter months.  Take an evening to sit down and play with a new stamp or organize some papers and photos.  Just keep it front of mind and you will find it will make a world of difference later.

Shark week fun happens July 15 when a special guest arrives in store with contests and deals right up until August 2.  If you haven’t come down to the store in awhile, or to the new location, be sure to stop by then.  There will be a contest, a draw and fun things going on because…well, because I like sharks and you will understand July 15. LOL!

Many new products have arrived in store.  There are some great chipboard pieces, alterable kits from Photo Play, stamps from so many companies and coming soon, the Foil Quill by we are memory keepers.  It is THE foiling tool going forward.  Want to check it out, here’s a link for you to see it in action.  This can be used with all the electronic cutting machines.  I’ve tried it with my cricut quickly and it was pretty cool.  When I have more time to play it can totally make some nice stuff.  If you would like one contact me to reserve yours.

Don’t forget about the fall Laugh and Craft September 21.  Only 4 spaces remain so if you were thinking about it act soon so you don’t miss out.

For the month of July I will also have a cash only basket of stamps and dies that have been used in past classes.  You can get a steal of a deal on some discontinued product so be sure to check it out.

Cards and Coffee,

Beth
